 With a premium brand name in the private banking sector, there is continued plans to drive growth and ensure quality in the service offerings to the private clients. This is a dynamic role with broad scope to cover across the regional business.

 Reporting to the Regional COO, this role is responsible for strategizing and driving the continuous improvement within the business (front office specific). Managing a team of change and client service delivery team, you partner with senior management supporting the front office stakeholders in shaping and scoping the change initiatives and projects to improve effectiveness and operational efficiencies. You also develop engagement and communication plan to influence stakeholders and manage transformation on the ground.

 Strong academic results with MBA preferred. Private Banking candidates with management and strategy consulting experience will be preferred. Proven track record in leading a team. Strong project management experience with demonstrated track record in leading business process reengineering and transformation for Private Banks. You have strong analytical skills, commercial judgement, and excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills.
