Desktop Support Engineer

Position: Desktop Support Engineer
Relevant work experience: 2- 4 years
Budget: 4800 SGD per month (including CPF + Vendor margin)
Nature of Employment: Contractual / Permanent

· End user support - Must
· Desktop support - Must
· Support Ticket management- Must
· Support Voice call handling- Must
· Hardware and application support- Must
· System and network hardware and application maintenance handling- Must
· End user computing system SOE, SCCM, AV, ITAM etc. management - good to have
· Servers, storage, Switch, router, Firewall management as per business request. - good to have
Job Requirements
· Overall IT infrastructure knowledge - Must
· LAN, MAN, WAN, VPN L1/L2/L3 - IP network. - Good to have
· Desktop hardware and OS (Win XP, Win 7, Win 10) L1/L2/L3 support. - Must
· Server hardware knowledge - Good to have
· Server OS knowledge (Win srv 2003, 2008, Linux, Sun-Solaris) - Good to have
· Storage knowledge- Good to have
· Mobility system & service knowledge- Good to have
· File, Print, DHCP, DNS, AD Server / service knowledge - Good to have
· Antivirus, Share point, SCCM, ITAM, SQL, PL SQL, Oracle minimum administration knowledge - Basic knowledge
· VOIP, Voice, routing, switching, firewall administration overall knowledge. - - Good to have
· Back up, virtualization entry level knowledge - Good to have
· Project Management - Good to have
· Service ticket and SLA maintenance - Must Have
· Desktop imaging - Must Have
