The Global Cybersecurity organization's objective is to ensure that JP Morgan Chase is able to effectively detect, prevent, and respond to cyber threats against our technology infrastructure. The scope of Cybersecurity comprises detection and monitoring of threats and vulnerabilities, managing security incidents, and evolving our preventative infrastructure to keep ahead of the threat. We accomplish this through strong information security leadership and active collaboration with line of business information risk managers to provide high quality security solutions and services that are focused on improving the Firm's risk posture.

Within Global Cybersecurity, the Asia Pacific information security office is focused on the development and execution of our Asia Pacific cybersecurity strategy. It provides critical support to our firm-wide cybersecurity program through strong partnerships in the region internally with our lines of business and also externally with our clients, industry, government partners, and regulators.

Role: Asia Pacific Cybersecurity Product Lead

The role of the Asia Pacific Cybersecurity Product Lead is to manage and develop key relationships across technology and the business to ensure the cybersecurity product roadmap is being adopted appropriately and regional requirements are being identified and incorporated into deliveries. You will touch both 'run the bank' and 'change the bank' initiatives, ensuring connectivity with global cybersecurity strategies and representing the Asia 'voice' across the regions. You will capture new change requests for Asia Pacific impacting the cybersecurity products and ensure the appropriate process is followed to analyze and prioritize the requests.

Responsibilities:

  • Understand the full product landscape for Cybersecurity in Asia Pacific, how the products are managed and the key projects impacting the products locally
  • Foster relationships with the lines of business (LOBs) who leverage the products to maintain ongoing dialogue on issues and improvements
  • Ensure functional and non-functional requirements are captured and communicated appropriately - act as the funnel for all Asia Pacific requirements into the global strategy
  • Maintain oversight throughout the product change lifecycle to ensure Asia Pacific requirements have been incorporated as required
  • Partner with product teams to develop sustainable solutions
  • Enable regional change, impact and benefit transparency of the product roadmap
  • Represent product management to key partners


Qualifications
Skills and Experience:

You are a technology professional with 10+ years' experience:

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, plus the ability to achieve goals through influence, collaboration and cooperation
  • Adaptable and able to multi-task - strong business analyst and project manager with experience of complex, multi-threaded initiatives
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with all levels of an organization from senior business executives to technology specialists
  • Very strong analysis and problem solving abilities with proven ability to solve complex problems
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong attention to detail
  • Self-starter with initiative, accountability, and ability to work independently as well as collaborate within a team
