Responsibilities

Ownership of the IT relationship and service delivery for each client

 



  • Develop a detailed understanding of client’s technology requirements and manage their expectation


  • Ensure proactive and scheduled client interaction including strategic and thought leadership discussions


  • Ensure technology aspects of change management are effective


  • Represent client technology requirements to internal business and technology teams


  • Act as single point of contact to IT for IMS (Investment Manager Services) APAC and their clients

Accountable for all aspects of the IT project execution



  • Complete Migration to Enterprise projects within agreed time frames and within agreed budget targets.


  • Tracking and communicating plans, progress update and risk/issue status


  • Producing monthly project scorecards


  • Manage relationship with client’s IT team


  • Act as single point of contact to IT for IMS (Investment Manager Services)  APAC and their clients


  • Manage local system retirement


  • Resolve/Mitigate BAU and Project open issues and risks

Client and IT advocate within State Street



  • Influence technology prioritization queues


  • Contribute to product management strategy development


  • Actively encourage participation, training and awareness of enterprise wide initiatives

Play lead role in the RFP and Due Diligence Process



  • Support new business wins and complete all client implementations within agreed timeframes


  • Accountable for RFP/RFI IMS Technology responses


  • Participate in due diligence process to understand client’s current environment


  • Work closely with technology teams to recommend future state technology model


  • Work closely with technology and finance teams to validate technology cost model

Actively lead and complete system analyst tasks



  • Support the business in writing and analysing business/systems requirements and defining the appropriate system solution


  • Act as a representative or consulting between business units and development teams and/or vendors with regards to issues and requirements.


  • Ensure requirement specifications meet technical specification required by the IT developers


  • Be capable of producing the following documentation:

    1.  Requirements, Systems, Gap and Interface Analysis


    2.  Functional Specifications


    3.  Test Planning


    4.  User Training and Support Procedures



  • Ensure all work is done according to IT standards, procedures and policies.

  • Excellent project management, communication and relationship management skills essential


  • Strong business and industry knowledge


  • Excellent communication skills (verbal & written) – able to effectively communicate with all levels of staff across the organization including senior management
