As part of the Client Services team, you will be responsible for supporting, managing and developing long term relationships with our existing and new clients within the financial markets industry.
 

Accountabilities & Deliverables

  • Act as the first main point of contact for all clients and provide end user support
  • Conduct training for new and existing users
  • Provide product support to IRESS Account Managers in Singapore
  • Deliver timely and succinct responses to client queries
  • Review and testing of software delivery to ensure it meets functional goals
  • Set priorities, coordinate and meet deadlines
  • Maintain progress on multiple client projects
  • Recognise and meet continually shifting priorities
  • Strong sense of ownership, working to provide information, drive initiatives and consistently improve the level of service to clients

 

Key Relationships

  • Clients in the Financial Markets sector
  • Product, development, operations and testing teams in other IRESS regional offices

 

Core Skills, Knowledge and Attributes

  • Experience in the financial services industry is advantageous
  • Sound knowledge in financial markets software
  • Some broking experience preferred
  • Capable of dealing with clients independently and able to understand client enquiries and problems
  • University degree

  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to learn quickly and troubleshoot issues independently
  • Strong commitment to deliver project and work assignments to deadline
  • Strong sense of ownership, working to provide information, drive initiatives and consistently improve the level of service to clients
  • Able to work in a team environment and with colleagues based in other locations outside of Singapore
  • Must be IT literate and proficient in Microsoft Office applications
