In this position, the successful candidate will oversee a series of initiatives aimed at optimizing the CIB applications infrastructure in APAC region, ensuring their successful implementation. This role requires exemplary organization skills, to plan and manage multiple concurrent projects, working with geographically dispersed application and infrastructure teams, while consistently providing quality management-level status reporting and timely escalation of issues. The right candidate is well organized, articulate, ambitious, proactive, comfortable filtering large volumes detail, non-hierarchical, likes to execute, wants to develop as a leader and is able to foster strong working relationships.

· Establish robust program governance procedures & controls.
· Manage all aspects from program initiation through to post implementation reviews, including forum(s), participants, meeting frequency, idea evaluation and prioritization criteria, and ongoing evaluation
· Routinely capture learning points and integrate them into subsequent activities.
· Comply with global and regional project management reporting requirements.
· Collaborate closely with interdependent strategic programs teams and stakeholders.
· Develop metrics and reporting, to deliver clear visibility of progress.
· Track and escalate risks and issues to drive their timely mitigation/resolution.
· Work with Senior Management to reduce costs and support application infrastructure optimization initiatives.
· Continuously evaluate ways in which processes can be optimized and advocate proposed improvements.
· Comply with the Global Technology strategic agenda and guidelines to reinforce the resiliency and controls environment of the Firm.


  • Qualifications
    Key Qualifications, Competencies, Skills & Traits:
    • Strong Program Management background with ability to manage multiple priorities and complex agenda's
    • Strong collaborator with ability to foster relationships effectively with diverse groups across geographies
    • Excellent reporting skills and presentation preparation skills for Senior Management
    • Proficiency in the MS-suite
    • Confident and organized with strong reasoning and influencing skills
    • Self-starter with initiative, accountability, and ability to work independently as well as collaborate within a team
    • Good Interpersonal skills and stakeholder management expertise
    • Adaptable and able to multi-task
    • Familiarity with JPMC organization preferable

    Skills / Experience:
    · Ability to manage the delivery of dispersed resources across multiple teams, without line authority
    · Appreciation of the principles and design of applications infrastructure would be beneficial.
    Appreciation of the processes supporting application testing and migration/cutover would be would be beneficial.
    · Excellent organisation, communication and influencing skills
    · Skilled in leveraging the full Microsoft Office suite of applications

    · Exemplary coordination skills to track progress, actions, risks and issues around a multitude of in-flight projects
