Description

  • Lead team of Subject Matter Experts and Scrum Masters in delivery the software and other related assets for Global Consumer Business for Asia and EMEA
  • The delivery responsibility includes:
  • Promote the Agile related Culture / Tools / Methods on each of the business Domain
  • Partner with the key stakeholders Business Product Owners, Business Analysts,
  • Developers, Testers, Project Managers and other support teams in defining the scope for the release and Sprints
  • Direct the teams in conducting the Scrum Ceremonies including Planning / Execution / Backlog maintenance / Release Notes / Deployments / Standup Calls / Scrum of Scrums / Retrospections
  • Monitor the daily burn down on the build activities
  • Engage the stakeholders in code deployment, Test Execution, Defect Level 1 and 2 support, Batch Support and Defect Resolutions
  • Present to the senior management qualitative and quantitative information related to the Build and Delivery Provide Test Learn environment on Tools / Methods for the software delivery
  • Ensure the required compliance and control are adhered within the team
  • Build and motivate a high performing pool of resources
  • Manage the unit budget


Qualifications

  • Minimum 15+ years of experience preferably within an international technology organization
  • Demonstrated experience in Project Management principles and software development lifecycle practices and methodology
  • BS/BA degree or equivalent combination of education/experience Hands-on knowledge of Project Management practices, principles, and tool-sets
  • Delivery of high-quality strategic large-scale projects/releases
  • Ability to manage senior staff as well as manage staff remotely across multiple locations
  • Thorough understanding of the financial services industry and Operations organizations, Strong Leadership, Communication, organizational skills
  • Demonstrated ability to drive cultural change across a diverse landscape
  • Experience running an application development organization a significant plus
  • Demonstrated track record and ability to influence external organizations
  • Has led Governance and Prioritization processes
  • Ability to communicate at executive levels both in writing and verbally
  • Self-directed, motivated and managed; ability to deal with imperfect information, decision and drive to successful conclusions
  • Ability to handle constant pressure and juggle multiple demands
  • Flexibility with travel
  • Demonstrated ability to work across organizational boundaries and geographies
  • Excellent relationship management skills with business units Business Analysis expertise
