Description

  • This position require engagement with Regional tech Head and business operation heads across multiple markets
  • Position requires independent management of the local app support
  • Review & develop requirements for Asia, including rationalizing requirements to ensure technology delivery in line with business needs for various legal/regulatory and business discretionary initiatives in G2C and Deploying Markets
  • Subject Matter Expert to define functional solutions for core banking and credit/mortgage product systems in G2C platforms 
  • Review user stories with business stakeholders to achieve standard product offering and to define the technology solutions ensuring minimal variability across all regions
  • Should be able to manage technology initiatives for:
    • Optimization - mainframe and midrange
    • Server virtualization for local apps
    • Chargeback issues related to CSI's
    • Drive to move SIT/UAT to NAM for local apps


Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent
  • Strong analytical and project management skills including a thorough understanding of how to interpret business needs and translate them into technology product functions
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to form strong partnership with Regional/Country Businesses and Regional Operations to ensure delivery as per Global Common requirements
