Responsibilities

  • Determine the DBS Digital Channel Roadmaps and strategy
  • Lead and manage end-to-end digital channel projects and initiatives
  • Manage stakeholders and support online marketing efforts through landing page optimisation and management of campaign sites and pages
  • Execute engagement activities to improve Customer Satisfaction Survey scores
  • Provide channel tracking reports and analysis
  • Stay ahead on technological advances including competitive analysis & bench-marking for digital best practices
  • Identify and drive opportunities to improve productivity, efficiency and service quality of the team


Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years experience in a related position
  • Experienced in digital project management, channel management and gathering business requirements
  • Well versed in digital trends and technologically savvy
  • Demonstrate strong abilities in analytics
