•Support and manage software development projects following our scrum methodology
•Lead teams and participate in people management; performance management and review; training plan development; career development
And you have achieved…
•Experience as a scrum master in regards to enterprise software that has been successfully delivered to customers
•Experience across the entire SDLC
•Project Management qualifications or other equivalent combination of training and experience
And ideally possess …
•Experience with agile, scrum
•Strong project management skills
•Strong analytical and problem solving skills
•Previous development experience with either a financial institution or a software solutions company
