Accenture's Resources team is a group of experienced professionals that provide strategic and consulting services to the leading energy companies in ASEAN. Our focus lies with leading client organizations with whom vre have long standing record in addressing some of the complex and innovative business challenges

Supply Chain & Operations professionals help clients develop strategies and operating models that integrate planning, procurement, product design, manufacturing and fulfillment functions within an organization, as well as connect suppliers and customers across the extended supply chain.

Responsibilities include:

• Proactive leadership within a dedicated account team on a premier energy account
• Fostering and developing focus account client relationships within client business units
• Coordinating access to tenders, develop proposals and win engagements
• Acting as the country interface between Supply Chain and Operations and Accenture's other
• consulting services
• Leading transformative consulting engagements across the business areas of Supply Chain
• and Operations.

Basic qualifications
The ideal candidate should:

• Possess a recognized degree with a minimum 8 -12 years of consulting experience
• Showcase energy sector experience with preference given to oil & gas downstream
• Ideally come from a business consulting background focused on operations and supply chain
• but will consider strong candidates from industry that have performed an internal consulting
• role within an energy company.
• Ideally currently be residing in 'the country'
• Demonstrate a strong work ethic and team ethos that will proactively contribute Accenture's
• growth ambitions in Supply Chain and Operations
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal, organisational, presentation, analytical and report writing
• Skills
• Ability to meet travel requirements, when applicable

Professional Skill Requirements:

  • Solid business acumen, analysis and diagnosis skills on Resources industry.
  • Very strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Adept at using experience and knowledge of industry, geographic and technology trends to assess and shape business solutions.
  • Effective leadership and management skills with a proven ability to mobilize and energize project teams to deliver results.
  • Strong executive level relationship building skills.
  • Ability to create and deliver high-impact communications to senior audiences (written and oral) and facilitate complex discussions.
