The Change Management work stream is focused on first understanding the impacts of the Transformation target state and then managing those impacts to both the organization, stakeholders and individuals to ensure readiness for deployment, adoption of target state and post-live sustainability.

Basic qualifications
Required Experience (*Manager, **Team)

Project Management*:
• Shape and drive a change management work stream from initiation stage to project close
• Develop a change management strategy and detailed plan
• Manage resource(s) to support change management activities
• Act as an escalation point for the client in relation to change management activities
• Ensure that issues and risks are actioned and mitigated in a timely manner
• Work with and can influence stakeholders across multiple business and technical groups
• Report on progress to Project Manager and client in a structured manner and on a regular basis

Stakeholder Analysis**:
• Align identified stakeholders against change management objectives and outcomes
• Prioritize stakeholders and define barriers and drivers based on commitment and change readiness

Change Impact Assessment**:
• Identify gaps between old and new processes, systems, roles and responsibilities
• Plan and manage the transition to the new ways of working

• Ensure a proactive and structured approach to communications
• Generation of targeted materials relevant to your audience

Structure and Governance**:

  • Identification, set-up and management of an internal change network
  • Definition of roles, responsibilities and KPIs of change network advocates and agents
