Premier Segment Manager

  • • Premier Banking strategic business planning and execution:
    To develop strategies inline with business objectives and direction for the Premier Segment.
    • Customer Insights and Analysis
    To work with other stakeholders for all customer segment group research including extracting customer data and analyzing profiles to determine market segment requirements
    • Proposition development and enhancement
    To develop and enhance proposition to better serve Premier Banking customer segment
    • Campaign management and product penetration
    Develops targeted product offerings or marketing campaigns based on customer behaviour with the objective of increasing product penetration
    • Segment Tracking and Reporting
    Report out on segment and channel/campaign performance on a regular basis


Qualifications
  • • Degree or equivalent from a recognized University with at least 2-5 years of working experience in the area of segment, marketing or product development
    • Strong analytical skills and able to articulate strategies in line with the Premier segment goals
    • Able to work within a team to execute and follow through on campaigns and initiatives
    • Pleasant personality with good work attitude and an adherence to timelines
    • Computer literate and familiar with Microsoft Office word, excel & power point
