Manager, PL Campaign Analyst

HLB is embarking on a comprehensive multi-year regional BIG DATA and Analytics transformational journey encompassing products, channels and services across the different markets. We are looking for people with previous decision science and marketing analytics experience to lead different initiatives focused on improving customer acquisition, product cross sell and revenue enhancement across various consumer banking products.

Job Descriptions

  • Support the Credit Card product and channel team business team to identify Acquisition and Sales Growth opportunities and develop strategies towards increasing sales, profitability, customer retention and cross-sell.
  • Perform adhoc analysis and generate leads through extensive data mining of Enterprise Data Warehouse, internal and external databases using statistical software e.g. SPSS, SAS
  • Leverage customer information and the use of advanced analytics techniques to provide business insights
  • Develop segmentations across customer base such as revolver/ transactor segment, card lifecycle, etc. and analyze product revenue, fee revenue, profitability, etc.
  • Design Credit Card marketing campaigns to test & learn around response propensity, pricing sensitivity, best time to contact, offer sequencing. Manage customer contact, tracking of campaigns and channel performance for learning and feedback.
  • Participate in the development and application of propensity models and advanced statistical techniques
  • Develop and provide Credit Card Dashboard and MIS statistics with KPIs such as ENR, ANR, CNR, revolving balance, payment ratio, etc. to product managers and senior management
  • Manage relationships with the business partners across Product, Marketing, Finance and Risk to ensure on time delivery of projects and reporting
  • Develop, maintain and optimize analytical Credit Card datamarts for modeling, segmentation and campaigns.
Qualifications
  • Degree in Actuarial studies, Banking/Finance, Business, Marketing, Mathematics/Statistics or related disciplines
  • At least 5 years of relevant working experience, preferably with marketing analytics background in the banking industry
  • Deep knowledge of retail banking products - secured and unsecured loans
  • Proficient in SAS Programming, Enterprise Guide, SQL and MS Excel and Datawarehouse
  • Strong analytical skills, highly numerate and proactive
  • Good interpersonal and communication skill
