Description

This is a replacement for a dedicated Client Executive position. The role entails day to day relationship management with key DCC and Investor clients which collectively contribute to >$7MM in revenue to the business.
Principal Responsibilities:
  • Deliver a high-quality, tailored, service experience across the client organization to enhance satisfaction
  • Deepen client wallet through cross selling new opportunities in Securities Lending , Global Custody etc.
  • Be a central point of contact - track, manage, and coordinate all key issues for the client and Citi seniors
  • Conduct regular service reviews and develop action plans to confirm commitment and optimize service levels
  • Proactively recommend process enhancements, and follow through on improvement opportunities
  • Maintain industry knowledge, and inform clients of ongoing market initiatives
  • Coordinate due diligence visits and periodic client meetings


Qualifications

  • Degree in Business/Finance
  • Understanding of investment products and attributes, custodian procedures and standards
  • Financial management and statistical skills
