Application Support (Murex)

• Gather and analyze all business requirements related to Treasury system
• Evaluate and prioritize business issues/queries/requests and manage user expectations.
• Establish and maintain good relationship with key stakeholders to ensure user priorities are handled within expected timelines.
• Act as the single point of contact during UAT testing
• Coordinate with IT to promote changes in accordance to the change process
• Provide inputs to projects perform impact analysis, review Regression Tests and documentation for Project/enhancement/BAU roll-outs.
• Perform coding and unit testing for application defects
• Perform system and integration testing, and support user acceptance testing and implementation
• Liaise with vendors for implementation (if any)
• Ensure all integration and changes in Murex integrates fully with other systems
• Work with other teams in IT and coordinate system related activities
• Ensure compliance to internal processes and support systems Audit process

Qualifications
• Diploma or Degree in IT or other related fields
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in related fields
• Knowledge in Treasury products will be an added advantage
• Knowledge in Murex or other treasury systems
• Possess knowledge on SQL and UNIX.
• Strong technical, analytical, communication and inter-personal skills
• Possess initiative, drive, and ability to work well independently and in a team are essential attributes
• Able to work outside normal office hours to support critical production issues
• Have understanding on SDLC or CMMI process
