Implementation/Administration of IBM Control Desk (Maximo) or HP Service Manager or Remedy.
Willingness to learn new technologies and delivering the projects.
Troubleshoots and resolves technical problems.
Ability to work with a team or independently with little or no supervision.
A demonstrated history of achievement in academics, internships, and/or work experience
Ability to deal with a variety of people in a professional and courteous manner in diversified situations.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Knowledge of Service Management concepts (ITIL)
Preferred Technical and Professional Experience
Knowledge of Omnibus, Impact, Monitoring.
Knowledge on Java.
