We are currently looking for a Global Payroll Manager to manage a Global Payroll Harmonization programme for a multinational company.
Global Payroll Project Manager (M/F)
Responsible for a Global Payroll Harmonization program, the successful candidate will be in charge of:
·Communicating the benefit of undertaking a Global payroll transformation program to the Top Management
·Partnering with key support functions including HR, Finance, IT and Global Payroll Provider to implement globally consistent processes
·Identifying key partnerships for payroll delivery, including global and/or local payroll providers, delivery BPO's
·Engaging a community of regional/country HR Admin/Finance teams to explain the transformation program benefits and to get all the info necessary to build a payroll Business Cases
·Defining business cases at local level to determine the NPV (Net Present Value), IRR (Internal Rate of Return), Payback period, etc.
·Driving the Payroll implementation project creating Group framework integrated with Global HRMS (SAP HR/Successfactors) with the local payroll integrated within the group framework (1 single interface for many local payroll systems)
·Leading the design and overall solution (to include process, technology, data, policy, controls and risk management framework) for our end to end payroll processes to support global standardization
·Facilitating a culture of change and continuous improvement
·Establishing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to ensure consistent and cohesive services to the business
·Support local communities to refine payroll policy and procedures to reflect changes in processes and ensure strong governance and compliance
·Leading the end-to-end payroll process by collaborating with other process work-streams including key systems programs such as the ERP and HRMS to ensure alignment and efficiency in execution.
·Ensuring compliance with Audit Company's policies and procedures i.e. SOX, SoD, etc
·Monitoring after the implementation the SLAs and manage eventually corrective actions both with internal client and Global payroll provider
The Candidate Profile:
·12+ years of experience in payroll with extensive knowledge on wage and hour laws
·Expert in accounting and month-end closing processes
·Working knowledge with SAP ERP HR (PA, OM, Time Mangament, ALE Technology, etc), Successfactors Employee Central (User/Employee Data model, Time Off and Time Sheet module, HCI and integration standards, HCP module) and knowledge of SAP FI/CO integration
·Fluent English. Other languages are considered as an asset.
·Ability to work in fast-paced environment and to meet deadlines
·Ability to work with cross-functional teams and to remove barriers that affect performance
·SOX control working knowledge
·Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
