Group Investment, Asset & Wealth Management
business unit handles the investments of Generali insurance companies
worldwide.





We are looking for a 6 months intern to assist the HR team of the business unit
where he/she will have the chance to learn and work in an international
environment. 





The person will be in charge of the following activities: 



  • Support
    to the main HR processes execution 
  • Support
    in the promotional activities, launch and follow-up of international training
    and development initiatives  
  • Support
    in the fine-tuning and implementation of tools for the collection,
    formalization and sharing of the data needed for the main HR
    processes  
  • General
    administration in database maintenance, archiving, filing, etc.


The ideal candidate will meet the following
requirements: 



 
Must have
  • Master degree 
  • Desired majors: Human
    Resources or related field 
  • Good spoken and
    written Italian and English proficiency 
  • Proficient use of
    Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel and Microsoft Word)
Soft Skills
  • Strong organizational
    skills 
  • Attention to
    detail 
  • Excellent verbal,
    written and interpersonal communication skills 
  • Fluency in a second
    foreign language (French and/or German) will be considered a plus
