An exceptional opportunity arisen with a leading Irish Institution undergoing its largest and most important re-branding in history. A new team is being created to enable this groundbreaking re-branding and requires an innovative Knowledge & Training manager within the CX space.

 

Your Role:

  • Introduce and build a robust knowledge base for staff and customers around the customer experience process
  • Design and implement an effective training plan and knowledge management solutions using a variety of learning strategies
  • Manage projects and training initiatives that drive an ever-improving performance in quality and effectiveness
  • Ensure understanding of processes/products and strong technical skills through a high-quality and innovative learning design
  • Measure and Assess Staff Training Needs
  • Serves as core resource for training logistics

Your Background:

  • Previous experience of designing and implementing training
  • An innovative, creative and a passionate individual
  • Precision and detail orientated
  • Strong influencing skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Capable of high quality, independent work and demonstrating initiative.
