An exciting opportunity has arisen within a leading Irish Institution for an innovative and creative individual to work alongside the Chief Customer Officer who is renowned in the Digital and Consumer space. The role of the Head of Communications is to bring to life, this rebranded organisation across all touch points.

 

The Role:

  • Create a branding strategy through integrated digital and non-digital campaigns
  • Interaction with both internal stakeholders and external customers in order to align the strategic direction and positioning of the organization
  • Refine, and scale the practice of storytelling at a grassroots level nationwide
  • Identify challenges and emerging issues faced by the organization
  • Work with leadership team and staff to recognize internal and external communications opportunities and solutions, and define and execute appropriate strategies to support them

 

The Person:

  • An innovative and creative story-teller who can think outside the box in order to deliver a message
  • Experience in a similar PR / Marketing role with a leading digital / technology firm working with ground-breaking new products
  • A strategic thinker who can build campaigns from scratch and manage from cradle to grave
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to understand the ‘customer journey’
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to influence key decision makers in the business
