One of the transformation programmes of AXA General Insurance is now in full speed in order to deliver the expected results on time. The team size is growing and hence provides excellent opportunities to team members to participate in large transformation programme in the insurance industry. The Business Analyst role in this project is a critical role. There will be different analysis work including but not limited to data analysis, process analysis and possibly market analysis activities.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Participate in and support all analysis activities to facilitate the design and analysis phase
  • Study and analyze raw data including system data, processes, application systems and environment, turning them into useful information as required
  • Participate in (or even lead) requirement discussions
  • Participate in, plan, prepare and coordinate testings in implementation stage
  • Assist in other project related activities such as training, process implementation and small project tasks
Job Requirements:
  • Degree holder in Business Administration, Information Management or other related disciplines
  • Around 2 to 3 years' related work experience is preferred
  • Good knowledge in Insurance industry, preferrably in General Insurance space is definitely an advantage
  • Being interested in gaining experience in big transformation project in insurance industry
  • Good command of written and oral English and Chinese
