Responsibilities

  • Reporting to the Head of Learning & Talent Development, the incumbent will partner with line managers and HR generalists to diagnose learning and development needs, and design and develop appropriate training solutions in line with the bank's strategies and business needs
  • Conduct management/personal effectiveness training programs
  • Lead country or regional learning and development projects
  • Monitor the quality of training delivered by subject matter experts and/or external vendors
  • Keep abreast of new learning and development technology and products to maximize learning effectiveness


Requirements
  • Degree holder with minimum 8 years' solid experience gained in learning & development roles with hands on experience in training delivery
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to engage and influence senior stakeholders
  • Able to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
  • Customer-oriented with good communication skills and a can-do attitude
  • Good command of English and Chinese; fluency in Putonghua is preferred
