Seeking a highly motivated leader for this management role who will excel in a challenging and fast paced atmosphere as Vice President, Head of Asia Corporate Marketing and will manage a small team who handle the day to day logistics. Events hosted include non-deal roadshows, field trips, conferences, conference calls and bespoke requests. Responsibilities include pitching and originating events through meeting with Corporates. Liaising with Sales & Research & Institutional Clients, managing a team, negotiating with vendors and setting the strategy, vision & budget for the team.

Position Description We are seeking a highly motivated leader who will excel in a challenging and fast-paced atmosphere as part of the Corporate Marketing (also known as Corporate Access) team based in Hong Kong. As VP and Head of Asia Corporate Marketing, he/she will manage a small team of execution focused team members who will handle the day-to-day logistics. The Corporate Marketing events hosted by Bernstein include non-deal road shows, field trips, conferences, conference calls, and bespoke requests. Responsibilities for this management role include, but are not limited to, pitching and originating events through meeting with Corporates; liaising with our Sales and Research teams and institutional Clients to determine the scope of an event; managing a team who will arrange logistics associated with such events/marketing trips; negotiating with vendors; and setting the strategy, vision and budget for the team. This position has great visibility across our small firm by managing a very important region for our Corporate Marketing product. This role will report to the SVP & Managing Director, Global Head of Corporate Marketing. Job Qualifications Our ideal candidate will have at least five years of corporate access experience as a senior member of an established team, with strong origination skills. He/she should have proven leadership, client service and interpersonal skills, exceptional organizational and time management skills, and, most of all, be a great team player while serving as an exemplary manager. We will be looking for excellent communication skills as well as the highest level of attention to detail. In addition, experience using Dealogic (event management software), Excel and PowerPoint is desired. This job requires fluency in written and spoken Mandarin Chinese and will have travel involved when originating and hosting events throughout Asia.
