Technical Support Engineer
- Provide consultation and advice per customer's need to strive for success.
- Technical support includes troubleshooting, issue investigation, system monitoring L1 & L2 system/application support from front to back across multiple platforms (Linux, Windows)
- Take on special projects flexibly when company needs arises
- Manage the change in production and UAT environment to support patch, enhancement and client onboard.
- Conduct UAT test to validate the delivery
- Operate the Service Desk and interact with client. Participate in Incident Management meeting and follow up action.
- Partner with Relationship Manager on production issues and changes
- Capable to speak with business users.
