Technical Support Engineer

Position Responsibilities\Requirements

Role Responsibilities
Technical support:

  • Provide consultation and advice per customer's need to strive for success.
  • Technical support includes troubleshooting, issue investigation, system monitoring L1 & L2 system/application support from front to back across multiple platforms (Linux, Windows)
  • Take on special projects flexibly when company needs arises
  • Manage the change in production and UAT environment to support patch, enhancement and client onboard.
  • Conduct UAT test to validate the delivery
Incident management:
  • Operate the Service Desk and interact with client. Participate in Incident Management meeting and follow up action.
  • Partner with Relationship Manager on production issues and changes
  • Capable to speak with business users.
