A Leading Global Investment Bank is looking for a strong Senior Front Office Application Support Manager that will be responsible for Real Time Market Data Support in a high quality team.

Our client is a leading global investment bank that is looking to make a strong Front Office Application Support Manager hire in their team.

Responsibilities of the role:

  • Lead a team across region to provide application support on real time market data.
  • Act as a working manager and be responsible for prioritization, approval and incident management
  • Work very closely with traders, business and technical teams across region.
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose production issues.
  • Management and tracking of daily production issues.

Requirements of the role:

  • 10+ years' application support experience with strong real time market data exposure.
  • Strong real time market data is a must.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good knowledge of SQL, Sybase and Unix Scripting. Perl is a big plus.
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Fluent English both spoken and written.
