Grade: M19 - 20
Supervise a team of 30+ staff on Mortgage Application & Drawdown.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

- Day to day close monitoring of operation management (including hubs) and people management
- Timely escalation on any bau issues, incidences, etc to Team Head
- Ensure incidence, mishap or Phoenix reports are submitted before deadline, action items are followed up and completed as commited
- Regular review and/or update Departmental Operations Instructions and sign off by Team Head before expiry
- Assist in product or system projects planning, UAT and rollout
- Capacity review and planning
- Conduct regular team huddles and training sessions (whenever necessary)
- Conduct performance review and conversations with subordinates (whenever necessary)
- Take the lead to motivate process streamline and initiative to achieve process improvement, better risk control and cost saving

Qualifications and Skills

- Prefer university graduate
- Solid working experience in mortgage area or operations
- Solid experience in team leading and people management
- Experience in project participation an advantage
- Fluent Cantonese & English, Mandarin an advantage
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Knowledge of WORD, EXCEL, Power Point
