Role Overview: The risk and compliance insurance manager will be responsible for daily compliance functions. This is a contract role with a leading insurance firm.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide guidance to the compliance team on regulatory requirements
  • Advise on achieving compliant operations
  • Work with risk management division to ensure that business risks are identified, monitored and reported
  • Support the development of effective compliance programs
  • Provide advisory support on business projects and new compliance initiatives
  • Support the implementation of effective systems and controls

Key Skills:

  • 4 - 8 years of compliance experience; 3 plus years in insurance industry
  • Experience in dealing with regulators including OCI, SFC and HKFI
  • Good knowledge in Insurance Authority
  • Fluency in both English and Chinese (preferred)
