Responsibilities 

The Resourcing Director will be a Human Resources Lead, a Business Partner to the Management Team and be responsible for talent acquisition/development and retention strategies:

 

  • Talent Acquisition and Development:
    • Set Hong Kong office’s talent acquisition and manpower planning  strategy, developing sourcing channels and standardizing selection processes
    • Execute day-to-day recruiting activities through conducting the full life-cycle including sourcing from a variety of sources, pre-screening, interviews, compensation negotiations and on-boarding activities
    • Enhance relationships with consultants and ensure proper compensation & benefits level and programs are maintained to motivate and retain consultants
  • Human Resources Leadership:
    • Manage a 4-people resourcing team and be responsible for recruiting appropriate talents to ensure a diversified team of Consultants for client engagements across a range of areas including finance & accounting, governance, risk & compliance, information management, human capital and supply chain management
    • Ensure Human Resources policies and practices are in compliance with local legislations
  • Business Partnership:
    • Partner with the Client Services team to build the consultant pool based on market demand and current/projected client engagements

Requirements
A mature individual, possesses a Bachelor’s degree with minimum 15 years’ recruitment & human resources experience within a fast paced environment

  • Mandatory headhunting/search selection experience, ability to demonstrate track record of success in recruiting mid to senior positions from multiple industries and functions including finance & accounting, risk & compliance and information management
  • Solid human resources experience including good understanding of labor law, market C&B and capable in resolving employee grievances
  • Possess intellectual curiosity and ability to be resourceful, entrepreneurial and creative; to continue to shape the Resourcing function and offer suggestions
  • Maturity and ability to connect easily with people and natural relationship management instincts
  • Strong influencing and relationships building skills, proactive, forward thinking, empathetic and ability to understand people’s real drivers
  • Good knowledge in the local employment market trend and familiar with Hong Kong labor law
  • Fluent in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
