An asset management company is looking for an investment professional to join as Real Estate Investment Manager. The position is base in Hong Kong.

Our client is an asset management with focus on REIT. To cope with their business expansion, they are seeking an investment professional to join them.
Responsible for sourcing and execution of potential asset acquisitions consistent with the Trust’s investment strategy on a global basis with a focus on China. Prepare the valuation and investment case behind any proposed acquisition or asset enhancement or re-development as well as oversee due diligence process in potential acquisitions or disposals of real estate assets. Monitor the global and domestic market trends and developments in the real estate industry including, general investment trends, potential acquisition opportunities, market values of properties and seek to develop good relations with owners, operators, managers and lessees and other players in the market, with a view to enabling the Manager to identify potential investment opportunities. Responsible for the development of public relations strategies to promote positive image and manage relationships with the media and answer their enquiries and all external communications. You will also be responsible for all communications with Unitholders and other key stakeholders with the aim of upholding high transparency standards.
To qualify for the position, you should possess a University degree with a minimum of 8 years relevant experience in Property Investment and / or Investment Relations in Asia and other regions. Strong financial and accounting background. Previous asset management together with a RO9 license would be a plus. Fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin is a must.
