MSI (Market Strategy Investment)

MSI is a joint venture set up between Private Wealth Management Asia (PWM), Fixed Income & Commodities (FIC) and Institutional Equity Division (IED), which primarily focuses on marketing and advisory of Fixed Income products (FX and Rates in particular) to the Firm’s PWM clients across Asia (ex-Japan).

Headquartered in Hong Kong, the MSI team is currently seeking an FX and OTC Rates Sales (up to Senior Manager) to assist with business development, client relationship management, business expansion, FX and Rates Structuring, and FX Execution across Asia (ex-Japan).

Based in Hong Kong, this role will have these primary responsibilities:

- Drive Sales and Marketing efforts (50%) for Fixed Income products, essentially FX and rates products
- Involved in FX and Rates Structuring (25%) and FX Execution (25%)
- Provide regional coverage for the Firm’s PWM clients across Asia (ex-Japan), including China and Australia

Qualifications:


Qualifications and Skill-sets required

- A university degree with good academic results
- Rates Structuring, FICC Structure Notes Sales experience with international and leading private banks or investment management firms is a must
- A background in OTC Rates, Structure Notes with IR or FX underlying
- Current or recent FX Execution experience required
- Key client networks with Financial Institutions such as private banks and asset management firms a distinct advantage
- Strong communication skills in English and Chinese such as Mandarin and/or Cantonese necessary
- Excellent Institutional Sales track record preferred
