Partner Support Consultant

Location: Hong Kong

This role is part of the Partner Services and Knowledge Management team which was set up to to further operationalize our ability to work through partners and have a concurrent mandate to also oversee Knowledge Management (KM) throughout BRT. The Partner Services & Knowledge Management (KM) team will not only train, coach, and support our partners, but it will also train, coach, and support us internally and share ideas with help from a group of specialized consultants who are recognized throughout our company for their expertise.
This is initially a Support Consultant role. We however foresee that the role will evolve into a Support Manager role due to the volume of support demand that will grow with the Partner business.

He/she will provide support remotely to the global teams. The team will provide Level 3 support to issues faced by partners during implementation projects. Escalation path to issue resolution will be Level 1: Partner teams, Level 2 Moody's Analytics Client Services team (CS), Level 3 Moody's Analytics Partner Support team.

The Partner Support Consultant will investigate the issues coming out of the partner projects, coordinate the work and liaise with CS and other specialist members from the Partner Implementation Services and KM team to help with issues resolution with satisfactory turnaround time.

In doing this activity, the Partner support Consultant will identify areas where the partner team is lacking knowledge and experience in and will feedback the gaps to the specialist team. Knowledge materials can then be created where missing and training can be provided.

ERS Banking RegTech / Partner Services & Knowledge Management

- Minimum 4 years of vendor financial software implementation and/ or project management gained with either banks, software house, consulting firms or system integrators

- Knowledge of Basel, ALM, Liquidity Risk or Stress Testing solutions
- An IT bias with a good understanding of banks information systems

- A good team player and enjoy interacting with people of all levels in a multicultural environment

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Fluent in spoken and written English is a must. Additional language abilities is an added advantage.
