We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Officer, Payment Processing.

Principal responsibilities

  • Prepare and check outgoing payment order
  • Manage the cash flow of Trustee Accounts
  • Cheque issuance
  • Snag cases handling
  • Place and uplift Time Deposit
  • Booking Foreign Exchange transactions with counterparty
  • Other clerical routine job
  • Prepare or assist Manager to prepare report and ad hoc project
  • Provide competent, standard and professional services to internal customer and coworkers
  • Successfully complete Anti-Money Laundering and Sanctions training and post-course assessment, as required


Qualifications
Requirements
  • University Graduate with proven experience in a similar role or back office support
  • Good command of spoken English and Cantonese
  • Good command of computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point
The chosen candidate for this role will be required to undergo enhanced vetting. Subject to local laws, this will require the individual to satisfactorily pass a series of additional checks as part of the recruitment process and on an ongoing basis, if appointed to the role.
