IT Support interim role with a leading services company

Our client a blue chip professional services business operating in more than 20 countries, employing more than 5000 staff and generating over a £billion annually. Our client is about to embark on a Windows 10/Office 2016 roll-out across the firm globally which means they are looking to bolster their desktop support team during the duration of this project. Previous experience working within a professional services, banking, finance, legal or similar organisation would be highly regarded. What is essential is that individuals have a strong focus on customer service, have good client facing skills and have a positive attitude. From a technical perspective, strong Windows skills are a prerequisite, experience of Citrix would be beneficial. Opportunities may exist to get involved in the Windows 10 roll-out, so previous roll out experience would be beneficial, as would a willingness to travel Internationally
