Based in Hong Kong or Singapore, you will be reporting to the Group Head HR and working with the HR Business Partner for the international offices of Alter Domus who are based in our Headquarter in Luxembourg and the respective Country Executives. For Alter Domus’ Asia Pacific Region, you will be responsible for:

  • Conducting the whole recruitment process starting with advertisement drafting & publishing, interview & selection process, up to and including the contract drafting and the on-boarding of the candidate;
  • Supporting Learning & Development initiatives;
  • Liaising with the payroll providers to generate the wages payment correctly in due time;
  • Primary contact for the HR topics and liaise with HR Headquarter (in Luxembourg);
  • Liaising with local authorities as appropriate;
  • In line with HQ, you will be in charge of the implementation of local and global HR policies;
  • Work closely with local management to provide guidance and advice on best practices;
  • Supporting Business Projects like M&As from an HR perspective;
  • Visa immigration processing for the region; and
  • Administrative day-to-day tasks and maintenance of the HR database as well as personnel files.

Your Profile:

  • Minimum 8-12 years working experience in a similar position;
  • Familiarity with HR processes and operations in Hong Kong, Singapore, China and Australia;
  • Familiarity with HR processes and operations in Japan is an asset;
  • Being process oriented;
  • Computer skills;
  • Demonstrate high integrity and ethics;
  • Team player;
  • Customer oriented;
  • Comfortable dealing with Senior Executives; and
  • Fluent in English and Cantonese.
