Description

  • Formulate and implement Bank-wide Complaint Management Processes/ Procedures to cope with the business needs, internal guidelines and regulatory requirements
  • Monitor the key performance indicators on Complaint Handling
  • Report & analyze problems statistics to identify areas for service improvement and drive for problems reduction
  • Support in special projects on staff education or control related to Problem Management


Qualifications

  • Degree holder in Quality Management, Mathematics, Statistics, Finance or related disciplines
  • 2-3 years working experience in service quality management or market research, preferably in banks or financial institutions
  • Strong in MS Excel and proficiency in the use of MS Office
  • Strong problem solving, analytical and organization skills
  • Good command of written & spoken English & Chinese
  • Excellent interpersonal, influencing and presentation skills
