Responsible for the development and operation of fund of funds portfolio business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Outline and administer the managerial structure and operational platform
  •  Develop an international fund of funds portfolio and risk management platform
  • Outline the targets for the fund of funds portfolio business, construct the organizational and operational platform
  • Setup chapters and rules that facilitate the operations of the fund of funds portfolio business.
  • Develop processes for due diligence research and investment management
  • Define detailed tasks and responsibilities, coordinate the resources within the business line to achieve maximum efficiency
  • Develop related risk management processes that can effectively monitor the business
  • Make investment decisions and manage risk exposure within the authorized range
  • Design and implement operational policies
  • Explore and develop cooperation opportunities with oversea institutions
  • Provide supports and advice to facilitate the further development of the business

 

Requirements

  • Degree holder in Finance or related discipline
  • Minimum 8 years' experience in direct investment or fund management
  • Solid experience working in an international setting, understand the latest development in the hedge fund investment business, able to layout plans and construct platform to carry out those plans
  • Knowledge of the hedge fund industry, able to provide opportunity for cross-border cooperation
  • Possessed of relevant organizational and managerial ability
  • Decision making ability, able to make executable decisions
  • Strong risk management mindset, knowledge of risk management practices and actual implementation, able to manage risk exposure within authorized range
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
