Strong leader to overlook the company's corporate communications strategy and execution in Asia Pacific

Our client is a global IT solutions company providing a range of services for enterprises across multiple industries. They're looking for a strong leader to overlook the company's corporate communications strategy and execution in Asia Pacific


  • You will develop, build and own the APAC PR plan as a fully integrated segment of the global PR plan
  • Manage the APAC hub PR agency, as well as local agencies, and ensure that agency management, selection and scope is aligned with global PR goals and objectives
  • Ensure that the company's corporate social responsibility, environmental / sustainability and public affairs positions are well understood and that positive influence opportunities are created
  • Act as the regional subject matter expert, mentor APAC teams and point of contact for PR and communications issues
  • Ensure PR activities are aligned and integrated into:
    • Major events plans, developing PR plans to leverage these events and maximise opportunities to engage
    • Social Media plans and feeds at both APAC and market level driving best practice execution
    • Program ad country-level activities, where appropriate

Key requirements?

  • At least 10 years of PR experience in B2B environment with around 5 years Client side
  • Proven experience of delivering positive business impact, ROI and results through marketing programs
  • Excellent influencing skills to ensure organisational alignment and buy-out across the business, especially where decision-making is distributed
  • You'll be an Excellent communicator in both English and Cantonese
  • Strong programs and project management skills
