We are seeking an experienced Senior Corporate Access Coordinator to join our Asia Corporate Access team in Hong Kong.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Proactively working with sales & research in order to originate profitable Corporate Access events
  • Managing Roadshow and Conference events from conception through to completion
  • Drafting invitations
  • Arranging travel / accommodation, including flights, ground transportation, hotel bookings, visa application etc for management of Corporates
  • Booking meeting venues (internal and external), confirming full arrangements and organising audiovisual equipment when required
  • Arranging Conf Calls
  • On-site management of events where necessary
  • Arranging production and delivery of presentation material
  • Processing of invoices

Skills and experience required:
  • Prior Corporate Access / Equity Research / Equity Sales experience essential
  • Excellent organisation, written and oral communication and administrative skills
  • Acute attention to detail
  • Excellent understanding of MS Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Ability to use initiative and forward plan
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritise effectively to meet deadlines while managing a large number of projects running concurrently
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and to think ahead
  • Flexible and willing to work long hours where necessary
  • Enthusiastic and motivated team player
  • Fluent in English. Cantonese / Mandarin speaker preferred

Primary Responsibilities
  • Logistical coordination and execution of all Asian Corporate roadshows working in conjunction with the Sales, Analyst & Investment Banking teams
  • Onsite Event Management
  • Consistently seek innovative ways to improve efficiencies and productivity with the Corporate Access team
  • Mentor and train junior team members
  • Maintenance of Macquarie's contact relationship management system and shared events calendars. Collaborate with vendors and other business areas regarding implementation & enhancement of new systems
  • Work with the Corporate Access Desk, Research Analysts & Sales desk to communicate status of events, establish priorities etc
  • Collaborate with global Corporate Access desks on deliverables and content for clients and pitch materials
  • Using templates provided, create and maintain all roadshow materials including invitations, company schedules, investor profiles and feedback documents
  • Liaise with internal and external vendors to book travel and print presentation materials as required
  • Manage interaction with vendors on process improvements, report enhancements, etc
  • Assist with Special Projects to support evolving platform
  • Work with Sales to collate investor feedback and format
  • Data mining to include pulling historical Corporate Access data for internal clients (research, investment banking, sales etc). Prepare and manage data/calendar/reports for internal/external distribution
  • Manage invoice processing, including the tracking of roadshow costs
  • Prepare Corporate Access proposals and pitch documentation
  • Meet & greet Corporates & travelling analysts
