Job Description

-Supervise a team to perform inward cheque clearing activities to meet the local cheque clearing cut-off time

Key Roles and Responsibilities

- Ensure high cheque clearing service is delivered to customers
-Conduct procedure/process review and implement the changes
-Provide operational support to various business initiatives and assist to implement project and conduct UAT
-Act as Risk Representative for the department to attend risk related meetings and help raise risk team awareness
-Handle internal and external customer inquiries/ complains confidently and reliably
-Assist manager to perform the resources/performance monitoring and capacity planning
-Arrange training/e-learning to staff and ensure all the staff having the right skill set for the job

Qualifications and Skills

- University graduate
- Solid experience in multiple banking sectors and inward cheque clearing operation experience is highly preferred
- Good communication skills, fluent spoken and written of English and Chinese
- Strong leadership/supervisory skills
- Excellent Team Player
- Able to work under tight deadlines and stressful environment
- Strong knowledge in Microsoft (including Excel and Word) and PC skills
