We Offer...

  • The Credit Suisse's investment banking IT department (IB IT) is responsible for the development and maintenance of all information technology systems within the investment bank
  • IB IT contains a number of different product lines, each supporting a distinct area of the investment banking business
  • Equities IT provides support and development of applications used by the Equities businesses globally

You Offer...
  • Have prior experience to support trade floor environments and trading applications
  • Ability to interact with end-users and other support teams to solve issues with quick turnaround
  • Able to follow support procedures and see through till the end of incidents
  • Good understanding of Change management, Incident management and Problem management
  • Able to deploy and maintain stable systems into production environment
  • Arrange testing and summary results to ensure system changes are better supported post deployment
  • Able to clearly communicate with front-office business users to support the application
  • Able to follow procedures for analysis, design, development, testing and deployment
  • Able to document changes to the software
  • Strong interest in Equities, Derivative products
  • Ability to take ownership of issues and follow through effectively to resolution of task / issue
  • Excellent analytic, problem solving, and troubleshooting skills
  • Innovative, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
  • Good communicator with peers and users
  • Delivery focused
  • Sensitive to control and risk concerns
  • Comfortable balancing concurrent projects
  • Work well under pressure
  • Tolerance for change
  • Well conversant with Windows and Linux Production environments
  • Scripting technologies like Python, Perl, VBA, Unix Shell scripting
  • Overall 7-10 years of experience with at least 3-4 years' experience in development and rest in support
  • Good command of English and Mandarin
