* Drive analysis and form change strategies to reach business efficiency as well risk mitigations
* Execute process improvement and other transformational initiatives
* Understand operational processes, implement automation and push straight through processes
* Adopt Operations Capacity Model and MIS tool to identify efficiency opportunities
* Collaborate with process owners in developing execution plans for process improvement
* Establish and track process metrics and conduct regular reviews to ensure the quality of deliverables
* Work with stakeholder across functions and levels to solve issues

Qualifications and Skills

* University graduate
* Solid experience in Banking Industry, with exposure on Trade products/banking operations field
* Knowledge and application of process improvement methodologies such as LEAN and Six Sigma
* Self-driven, analytical, with a proactive and solution-oriented working style
* Proven record inn lean, process reengineering projects
* Ability to influence across levels and move toward a common goal
* Strong knowledge in Microsoft (including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio) while knowledge in Macro & VBA would be an advantage
