We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Business Management Support.

Principal responsibilities

  • Provide business management support to the Relationship Management teams based in Hong Kong.
  • Provide analytical, administrative, change and management support to allow market and product teams to execute their strategy and plans effectively and efficiently in a risk and regulatory compliant manner.
  • Play an important role in dealing with daily problem resolution, undertaking ad hoc projects, and being the go to person for support functions requiring senior business input.
  • Monitor segmentation and ensure its adherence including employee loadings.
  • Maintain key management dashboards to drive sales management.
  • Supporting the business management forum, the maintenance of Business Management, and ensuring its compliance Drive standardization across Business Management team.
  • Contributing to the Business Recovery Plan.
  • Undertaking special projects. The support these projects use of the Change Delivery teams might be required.
  • Exhibit solid time management to complete projects or actions in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate key meetings including preparing the agenda, scheduling the meetings and collecting materials for the meeting. Maintaining minutes and following up on any outstanding issues.
  • Support with reporting, ad hoc requests.


Qualifications
Requirements
  • A post graduate degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience
  • An articulate and strong communicator with excellent written English. Proficiency in Chinese is an advantage.
  • Strong understanding of investment products and some experience in brokerage or global banking and markets business important requirement.
  • Strong relevant experience, and the ability to work comfortably with senior management and department heads and to work collaboratively across functional areas.
  • Commercially minded, highly numerate, can understand and navigate through financials reports. Strong problem solving capability is required.
  • Positive attitude, flexibility and extreme pragmatism are also necessary skills for this role.
