Our client is a leading Financial Services Brand with a Global presence and a solid reputation for their excellence in Financial Services and product offering. As part of their commitment to continuous improvement, they are hiring for a Strong Business Analyst to join them.


As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for providing BA support to a variety of business projects in Asia.  The candidate joining will be responsible for understanding and analyzing underlying business opportunities and requirements, designing practical solutions, coordinating the execution of changes, and ensuring realization of business outcomes.

Working closely with business stakeholders and other internal stakeholders, outstanding analytical, interpersonal and communication skills are essential to your success. 

The role would entail;

  • Understand business requirements and analyze possible solutions and their feasibility
  • Develop business cases
  • Conduct detailed analysis on operating models, processes, systems, documents, integrations etc., to identify root causes of problems and the most cost-effective solution to address business needs
  • Support project managers in project planning, scoping, communication and reporting
  • Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and other project meetings / communications
  • Identify, communicate and resolve project issues and risks
  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships with stakeholders and partner functions / vendors
  • Contribute to project management framework and best practices



  • 5+ years of hands-on project experience as a business analyst with financial institutions or consultancies
  • Knowledge of the financial markets
  • Excellent business analysis and problem solving skills
  • Strong presentation skills and proven experience developing stakeholder relationships at all levels
  • Experience in process design, test coordination, vendor management and project financials tracking
  • Collaborative team player and self-starter, with flexibility to work under a culturally-diverse environment
  • Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
  • Previous experience in working with virtual / offshore project teams
  • Proficient in MS Office and MS Project
  • Excellent command of English, Mandarin and Cantonese, written and verbal
