You Will:

  • Be first point of contact for all external candidates within your space – managing the whole candidate cycle from sourcing and interviewing through to receiving an offer and successfully placing the candidate
  • Consistently bring in high quality candidates through head-hunting activities, building your own personal referral network and reconnecting with warm candidates from an established database
  • Manage sensitive information in a professional and organized manner, and ensure data integrity of CRM system is maintained to the highest levels at all times
  • Be at the forefront of receiving and researching market intel for the team and wider business, ensuring all commercial information is shared with the relevant consultant
  • Uphold the brand ambassador image with candidates and/or clients by maintaining professionalism and strong work ethics at all times
  • Assist in ad–hoc projects to support a growing business, not limited to senior retained searches within your team



  • Degree holder in any discipline with 1 - 2 years of recruitment, sales, and/or business development experience. Fresh graduates may also be considered
  • Ability to work pro–actively, independently and on own initiative
  • Team player with high energy and excellent interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail and time management
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills in English. Mandarin and/or Cantonese would be advantageous
  • Adept at using MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint
