Our client is a worldwide financial market solution company that has key clients in more than 150 countries. Their Headquarter is in Europe and they currently are looking for Associate Director of Sales here in HK to expand their business.

You will be responsible for local new revenue growth doing both account management and business development. You will also implement sales strategies to drive sales and build relationships within key target markets for long-term business development. Build client relationships on multiple levels with special coverage to C-level to influence key individuals. You will conduct regular status and strategy meeting with clients and understand their needs and link to the organization’s product/service strategies. On time delivery of quality reports and fulfil requests from management, accurate sales and renewal forecasting, on time attendance of all meetings and overall professionalism.

Required experience:

  • +6 years of sales experience in technology solution, financial market coverage will be a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and also work as part of a team.
  • Good understanding of solution selling techniques, able to close deals and expand business.
  • Excellent international, communication and presentation skills.
  • Great time management skills and aptitude to work autonomously be a self-starter and independent thinker.
  • Strong PC skills with ability to learn new products quickly.
