Responsibilities

  • Prepare Customer Segmentation and Product Propensity Models
  • Design, develop and maintain dynamic datamarts for customers and products
  • Manage and maintain high level of standard of new and existing regulatory reports
  • Involved in product campaign design to enable test and learn experiment
  • Being involved in Investment and Bancassurance customer segmentation, propensity models and contextual marketing campaign:
  • Data preparation and management
  • Customer segmentation and pattern analysis
  • Formulate business analysis and / or initiate the development of appropriate propensity model
  • Prepare business, customer and product MIS to facilitate the provision of timely & insightful business and financial analysis
  • Design, develop and maintain dynamic datamarts for customers and products
  • Collect business MIS requirement and MIS generation
  • Streamline and automate existing MIS reports and analytical process
  • Investment and Bancassurance regulatory reports generation
  • Manage and maintain high level of standard of new and existing regulatory reports
  • Being involved in discussion of new regulatory requests, e.g., HKMA and sales surveillance related
  • Work with campaign team to formulate sales/marketing campaigns and associated analysis
  • Analysis for campaign planning
  • Evaluation of the effectiveness of modeling, campaign targeting and offer that involved in the campaigns

Requirements
  • 5 - 10 years of business planning and quantitative analysis experience in a sizeable Consumer Banking operation with strong programming skill especially SAS. Individuals with better experience will be graded as AVP while those with lesser experience will be ranked as Manager.
  • University graduate majoring in mathematics, statistics, operational research, business administration or professional qualification in financial management.
  • In-depth programming knowledge/skill with statistical modeling software like SAS
  • Ability to analyze and interpret data both business and financial
  • Strong practical knowledge in business analytics and statistical modeling
