Your Business:

Enterprise Services (ES) is responsible for the world leading application of technology and operations across every aspect of CommBank, from innovative product platforms for our customers to essential tools within our business. We also use technology to drive efficient and timely processing, an essential component of great customer service.

Your Team:

The IT & Services Support Team in Asia, provide 1 st operational business support for Institutional Banking & Markets front office trading environment across the Asia region. CommBank have primary offices in Singapore, Tokyo, Hong Kong and China.

Your role:

As the IT Supervisor, you are responsible for the Shanghai Branch:

  • IT delivery, incident management and End user support including desktop and telephony for the Branch
  • The effective management of the Branch IT rooms and configuration of all equipment
  • Ensuring that the Branch always complies with internal and external IT policies
  • Managing relationship with Branch regulators in relation to any IT relevant matter
  • Manage change practice to deliver modifications to regulatory reporting
  • Manage relationships with technology, software, and security vendors
  • Work with key business stakeholders to review, refine and improve the engagement model ensuring that the service is meeting the needs of our business customer and identifying process and service improvement.
  • Regularly review existing support offerings/contracts from Third Party suppliers
  • Provide reports to agreed schedule or on request, including operational report, capacity management, and performance reports.
  • Developing required standards, Standard Operating Procedures and guidelines applicable to ensure effective and efficient use of IT in full respect of regulator and CBA group policies
  • Developing new configuration and standards to meet evolving business needs across all branch relevant technology
  • Who you are:

  • At least 5 years’ experience in IT relevant domain
  • Has successfully managed an IT room for over 3 years
  • Master network management and Information Security investigate and resolve network related problems
  • Master Windows OS and have understanding of other OS (such as UNIX)
  • Master Office & Office Automation
  • Experience in assisting users in using Core Application
  • Proven Experience in developing new configuration (Network, Security, OS) to meet new business requirements
  • Good communication skill and fluency in English both written and verbal
  • Good management, Standard Operating Procedure definition and Technical writing skill
  • Relevant IT Certification
