The Client Services Analyst ensures that all clients are receiving the maximum value out of Confluence solutions, acting both as the voice of clients to the rest of Confluence and the voice of Confluence to our clients. As part of the Client Services team, your greatest assets are your teammates. Our platform requires both an excellent understanding of client business challenges and the ability to translate this need into applied software solutions; each member of the Client Services team brings unique expertise based on industry experience in financial services and/or information technology.

Essential Responsibilities • Utilizes critical problem solving skills to address issues that arise through daily use of Confluence software, escalating issues to the relevant Subject Matter Experts where appropriate • Communicates effectively and professionally with clients at all organizational levels • Assists Product Development to test new Confluence-developed software features and functionality • Participates in internal process improvement initiatives • Updates internal process and procedure documents • Manages time efficiently and tracks individual progress towards performance goals • Helps Professional Services by completing specific project deliverables across multiple client/prospect projects, on time and within budget
Qualifications • Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Mathematics, Accounting, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent experience required • Experience in troubleshooting software is an additional valuable asset • Proficiency in at least two working languages: French and English 
Essential Skills • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) • Basic knowledge of SQL Language • Excellent critical thinking and problem solving skills required • Excellent interpersonal and communications skills (both verbal and written) required • Must possess good organization skills, including time management, attention to detail, and willingness to take initiative • Ability to multitask and adapt quickly to multiple competing priorities critical • Able to develop and maintain positive working relationships with a wide audience, from technical staff to management, clients and coworkers • Willingness to sign certain confidentiality agreements with regard to a client or company's trade secrets and other proprietary information • Escalate issues appropriately to the next level • Work well with others as individual contributor • Act in accordance with and is an ambassador of our company values - Integrity, Imagination, Discipline and Service
