Your Role

As Manager Sales & Customer Service (CS& S) in our Energy Industry Group you are proactive, with a passion for solving complex problems and working in teams. You are convincing and have proven managerial experience, but above all you have the ambition to achieve tangible results.

As Manager S& CS lead you will lead projects at leading customers in the Energy sector. Here you will focus on defining and implementing the Sales and Customer Service Strategy, using the potential of technology. As a manager, you give guidance to (junior) consultants and managers within your project and are responsible for the success of the project. You will be in contact with different organizations contributing to broader and deeper knowledge and experience in the field of Sales & Customer Service, as well as your program and project management skills.

Furthermore, as Manager S& CS you provide an internal policy-making responsibility in which you shape the positioning, strategy and further growth of Accenture Resources. You are entrepreneurial , maintain a large network of customer relationships and will soon know the road in the Accenture organization. You guide and shape the Resources Management Consulting organization and helps to develop it further. You are curious and motivated to keep up with the latest developments in your field and in the resources industry and translate them into practical opportunities and solutions that add value for the customer. You contributes to the development of knowledge in the field of S& CS at Accenture and make this knowledge accessible to and pass it on to others.

Basic qualifications
- You have a Master degree
- You have a Lean Six Sigma certification
- You have about 8 years of experience in consulting and project work moderately, including at least 5 years specifically in the area of S& CS. You are an expert in your field
- You have affinity with and understanding of applicable S& CS technology for example, Customer Analytics and call centers
- You have experience in the Energy industry and knows the challenges, dynamics and trends
- You use your knowledge and analytical skills to solve complex problems, to shape the strategic agenda of our customers and transform to initiate and supervise programs
- You like challenges, are result-oriented and develop innovative solutions
- You have experience in leading teams, inspiring and helping others in their development
- You are entrepreneurial, maintain a wide network of customer and internal relationships, with a good sales track record
- You have excellent communication skills in Dutch and English
- You are flexible and willing to travel to various locations across the Netherlands and sometimes beyond. Experience in an international environment is an advantage
